• Created Firestore Database
• Seeded the slots in Firestore Database
• Set up Blaze pay-as-you-go usage plan and billing. Needed for the Functions
• Ran firebase functions setups, creating a Gmail app password for boat
  • Only emailing to jrenn3@gmail.com for now
• Tried to deploy but received an error
  • Needed to npm install at the functions folder ✅ 2026-05-24
  • Failed again due to stale Node v20 and firebase-functions v5. Codex updated
  • Another error - need to wait to retry
